I was caught in a dilemma 3 days before my scheduled flight back home, and seemingly the universe conspired, because that's when I met Joseph. I told him my situation and we wasted no time and viewed a few apartments on the spot. I did not find anything that fit my requirements, but he told me to just enjoy my vacation and leave the stress to him. I am quite meticulous when it comes to finding a place I could call home, so suffice to say being thousands of miles away during the search did not help at all. Joseph, however, did everything for me. We were in constant communication the entire time, and although I dodged a few other apartments he showed me, he maintained professional and never gave up. Finally, one day, he sends me a video of this particular unit saying "you are gonna love it!" And I did! I checked the apartment as soon as I came back and fell in love with it! Joseph deserves 10 stars for being so passionate about what he does, and for knowing what exactly the client needs. He restored my faith in brokers and I will definitely refer him to everyone I know.

I'm not used to release reviews but for Sheraz I will do it with pleasure. I was in a hurry to find a flat within two days before to leave for a long period from Dubai. The problem was that my delivery was in about two months time from now, almost a mission impossible to achieve for Dubai market, and you know what he understood immediately my needs, a nice apartment, in the district I like, with open view and not too expensive! We found it and he was also able to convince the management to accept the delivery according to my needs. Sheraz have been absolutely very professional, very kind and in particular very patient to satisfy all my requests. I recomend Sheraz to all of you, I m sure you will get all you need in a friendly but, again, very professional and relaxing attitude. A new friend in town.

He was great! - He found me a house that fit my needs. - He negotiated a good deal with the landlord. - He handled all the paperwork and logistics.
